CROWN GATE / PRIVACY

Your enquiry.
Your information.

Updated 21 October 2026. This notice explains how information submitted through Crown Gate’s initial enquiry form is handled.

What the form collects

We collect your name, business email, Telegram or WhatsApp contact, website, country, business category, estimated processing volume, current processor, settlement preference and any message you choose to send. We also record your enquiry reference, submission time, consent and referral or campaign identifiers included in the page link.

Why we collect it

Your information is used to record your request, understand your business needs, coordinate a suitable introduction and track the status and attribution of that introduction. Submitting an enquiry is not an application approval or a commitment to purchase payment services.

Who receives it

Enquiries are stored in Crown Gate’s private storage, using the website’s hosting infrastructure. With your form consent, relevant details may be shared with the KingsGate team to review your business and contact you. The form does not subscribe you to a marketing list. No automated email or Telegram forwarding is currently configured.

What not to send

Please do not include card details, passwords, identity documents, bank credentials or customer records. Further onboarding documents, if required, should be exchanged through an appropriate secure channel arranged by the onboarding team.

Your choices

You can ask to correct or delete an enquiry, or withdraw permission for a future introduction. Use the general enquiry option, include your original reference and explain your request. Identity verification may be needed. Withdrawal does not undo a disclosure already made.

Storage and retention

Enquiries are retained for review and referral follow-up until removed by Crown Gate. They are not stored in your browser. This site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting platform may use essential security or sign-in cookies.
